Conversational AI Delivery Specialist
We are seeking a sharp and motivated Conversational AI Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a passion for conversational technology and a drive to deliver client-focused AI solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in onboarding clients, implementing chatbot and voicebot solutions, and ensuring smooth and impactful deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Implementation:
- Translate client requirements into structured chatbot/voicebot workflows using our proprietary platform.
- Configure intents, dialog flows, escalation logic, fallback strategies, and API integrations.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for any backend integration or custom development needs.
Platform Configuration & Testing:
- Deploy and test bots across platforms such as WhatsApp, Web, and IVR.
- Troubleshoot issues post-deployment and work with technical teams to resolve them.
- Ensure high-quality bot performance and seamless user interactions.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the single point of contact for delivery across client projects.
- Manage project timelines, scope, milestones, and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct client reviews, UAT sessions, and maintain proper project documentation.
Training & Enablement:
- Train client teams on using the dashboard and analytics tools.
- Educate users on optimizing bot performance and interpreting conversational data.
- Offer ongoing support to improve adoption and engagement.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with AI trainers, product teams, and solution engineers to improve solution delivery.
- Share feedback and insights to contribute to platform enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and outcomes.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across sectors like Real Estate, Telecom, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Logistics.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor on AI capabilities and best practices.
Presentation & Communication:
- Deliver clear and compelling demos and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and training materials using MS Office and internal tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in product delivery, customer success, technical consulting, or project management.
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or chatbot-related solutions preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of APIs, conversational UX, dialog flows, and logic-based decision trees.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and communication platforms (e.g., Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, Freshchat, Zendesk).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Multilingual candidates are preferred (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, French, German, Spanish).
