Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers with a passion for sales and a desire to thrive in an IT environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Sales & Client Acquisition:

  • Sell IT products and services to potential clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and improve sales records.

2. Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Analyze customer behavior and gather feedback to improve product/service offerings.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Use lead generation and communication tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) to manage client interactions.

4. Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align and execute business goals.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the management team.

5. Presentation & Communication:

  • Deliver compelling presentations to gain client interest and secure positive responses.
  • Prepare prospectuses and PowerPoint presentations using MS Office tools

6. Team Contribution:

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to business growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve collective goals.

7. On-Site Client Visits:

  • Occasionally commute to client locations to present product demos.
  • A valid driving license is an added advantage (reimbursement provided for travel).

Qualifications & Skills:

1.  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

2. Experience: Freshers are welcome. Internships or certificate courses in Sales are an added advantage.

3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports and presentations.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

4. Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

5. Language Skills: Multilingual candidates preferred (English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, French, German, Spanish).

Additional Information: 

  • Driving License: Preferred but not mandatory. Reimbursement provided for travel.
  • Certifications: Internships or certificate courses in Sales or related fields will be considered an advantage.
